The hardest part about a painting for me is not usually knowing how to start... it's knowing when to stop. I spent a lot of time today looking at the painting as it is now and comparing it to my original idea which was this sketch done in water color pencils.
I've definitely decided I'm not done yet.... but I'm very close.
More to come. Next will be a little more warmth.
